"Kosher Patents," and "Divine Rights and Branding Fights: Holy Trademark Wars and Their Earthly Tales," combine his interests in law, technology, and the study of religion. Adam currently hosts the "Patenting for Inventors Podcast," a legal podcast covering the patent application process and other intellectual property topics. His main hobby is genealogical research, where he has compiled a family tree of over 25,000 family members. He is also a science judge and moderator at the National Science Bowl®, an annual high school science competition through the U.S. Department of Energy, where he has volunteered for the past 20+ years, and competed in while in high school. During graduate school he taught Lindy Hop swing dancing and performed in a ballroom dance troupe.
