New Firm and Expanded Services
If you’ve been a listener to the Patenting for Inventors podcast, you know that this past year I joined a law firm to expand the number of services that I could offer my clients. Previously, I could only do patent work, but this firm handles many aspects of law related to entertainment and entrepreneurship.
So now, if you need help with things such as corporate questions, litigation, licensing, branding, social media, and similar matters, we probably have an attorney at the firm who can assist you.
New Podcast: “The Look”
The firm has also recently launched its own podcast called The Look, and I was the host of the most recent episode. I did a game show-style segment with one of the other attorneys at the firm, Ted Nguyen, who is not a patent attorney. In that episode, I focused on myths of patent law. You might enjoy playing along if you listen to it.
Topics Covered on “The Look”
The podcast series isn’t just about patents. There are episodes covering film, television, location-based entertainment, social influencers, NFTs, the metaverse, and much more.
So, if you’re interested in following me in the podcast world, subscribe to The Look. It was easy to find in my podcast app—I typed in “Look Legal,” and it was the first one that popped up. It says “Nolan Hyman” on it.
Future Podcast Plans
Perhaps in the future, I’ll continue to produce more patent-related podcast episodes—either through this one or through the new Nolan Hyman podcast.
